Question by Aisling: Do you think this is a scam? Please help!?
I have been buying makeup online from a company in England (I live in Ireland) for about 2 years now and I have never had any problems with them. It is good value, good quality and efficient and I am sure that the company is above board, it’s not extremely well known but has been recommended in several magazines and beauty books.
However the last time I bought something from there I never received my order so I rang them but they had no record of my purchase at all. I checked my credit card statement and the exact price of my order was there as a payment to some company with a different name. I definitely paid on the makeup website, like it looked the same as it always had.
Could there be some scam opperating through their website? Like I dunno how it would work but you know how people put those things over atm machines so that they get your card details when you think you’re just using a normal atm.. is there some sort of virtual version of this? What can I do about it? the website say they can do nothing

You need to call them back, and ask them who these people or company is because it’s showed on your credit card statement that you purchase this from them and that they had to have access to your account number and demand a refund and that you will go and contact your lawyer and sue and put them out of business..also you should of have the phone number on your statement for that other company that charge your account too..if you do call them!!
